Job Brief

Bookvala is looking for well experienced senior software engineer who is passionate about building a startup and ready to work in a collaborative and innovative core team.

As a senior software engineer, your work is to take responsibility for the project and lead your team toward its successful completion. You have to look into website and application development along with your team.

You Will

• Working with developers on the test and deploy phases of the SDLC process.
• Execute procedures for the delivery of daily, weekly, and monthly recurring reports and dashboard updates, ensuring they are delivered on time and accurately.
• Lead and participate in managing all installed systems and infrastructure within the supported application environment.
• Reporting Directly to CTO.
• Able to manage and lead the team.
• Mentor and help your juniors.
• Working in the office at Mohali, JLPL Sector 82, Punjab, India.
• Annual CTC INR 8-9 Lacs

• Curious about solving problems over specific tools and technologies.
• A quick learner who is always growing and hungry for new knowledge and skill sharing.
• Able to lead a team and move things forward with some ambiguity, but feel - comfortable asking for help.

You Have

• Passion to build a startup.
• Full-Time Graduates / Post Graduates in BE / BTech / ME / MTech / MSc / MCA / MCM / MS.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience as a senior software engineer.
• A minimum of 4 years of experience in software development.
• Handled any past projects in the team.
• Ability to evolve in a team and collaborative environment.
• Understanding of the software development life cycle and software testing (SDLC / STLC).
• Expert knowledge in Web(Reactjs) and Android(Flutter) development.
• Expert knowledge in Python and Django.
• Expert Knowledge in JavaScript, HTML 5, and CSS.
• Expert Knowledge of a Reactjs Web Framework.
• Expert knowledge in Database design and development.
• Expert Knowledge of SQL Server and familiar with SSAS (Multidimensional and tabular) and SSRS.
• Basic knowledge of Power BI.
• Experience in developing software using Agile/Scrum methodology.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: ₹65,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
